with policy, organization, and specialized techno-managerial
elements relating to infrastructure. |

prepare and publish an 'India Infrastructure Development Report'

enhance the intellectual capital in the infrastructure sectors by
bringing together academia and the policy makers, professionals,
practitioners, and users. |

promote and propogate the activities of the 3I Network consistent
with the above objectives. |
